About SpaStack
I’m Michael. I own 7 massage stores. We run them on Mangomint.
I got tired of pricing pages that hide the number, comparison articles that invent a winner, and roundups that go stale the month a promo ends. SpaStack is a sheet of what these companies publish: a starting price, a contract line, and a short list of features. If they do not publish it, the cell stays blank.
The fit line on each row is my description of who the product is aimed at, written from their public pages. It is not a star rating and it is not a survey. There are no customer quotes on this site, because I am not going to invent any.
How a number gets here
The sheet is a CSV. The site is generated from it. Changing a cell and rebuilding changes every page that prints that cell. A weekly script fetches pricing pages and writes a change log. It does not edit the CSV. A person does, after looking at the log. The pricing tracker shows both the table and the log, and it says which one wins when they disagree.
Some pricing pages block a script. Vagaro did, on the first run. Those rows get a manual look. A failed fetch is not an excuse to keep an old number quietly or to guess a new one.
How the site can make money
Referral fees, and later sponsors. The disclosure is the long version. UsingMangomint at my own stores is not a sponsorship. I pay for it as a customer. If a Mangomintlink becomes an affiliate link, the button will say so, and I will still say I use it.
The weekly note
One email when prices, promos, or contract lines move: what changed, who it affects, what it costs now. It goes out through beehiiv. The signup is on every page.
There is no contact form. The newsletter is the list.
