Vagaro bills by calendar. Mangomint bills by location, plus a user fee. Both publish online booking. The useful difference is the contract, the add-ons, and whether a marketplace is part of the pitch.
The published start is the list price for one calendar. The note has an introductory rate for the first six months and a per-calendar charge after the first, described up to seven calendars.
The published start is per location. The note adds a per-user fee, then phone, marketing, and payroll as optional add-ons, and it includes card rates.

Same sheet, different bill
I use Mangomint at my 7 massage stores. That is the software on our desk. It is not a score, and it does not make Vagaro’s lower starting price go away.
Vagaro’s starting price on this sheet is $30/mo. Read the note before you multiply it by staff. The note is a list price for one calendar, a promo for the first six months, and an extra charge for each additional bookable calendar.
Mangomint’s starting price on this sheet is $120/mo. That number is per location. The note adds a per-user fee and separate add-ons for phone, marketing, and payroll, plus card rates. A four-person studio is not the headline price at either company.
Contract and marketplace
Mangomint’s contract line says there is no contract, you can cancel anytime, and onboarding and data transfer are free. Vagaro says cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees, and a 30-day free trial. Both qualify for the no-contract list. The sentences are not identical. Read them in the table.
Vagaro’s fit line says it has a consumer marketplace. A marketplace fee is not in its price note, so this page does not invent one. Mangomint’s fit line is multi-provider spas and massage studios, and clients booking without making an account. It does not mention a marketplace.
How I would use the two quotes
If you are one person and the constraint is the monthly software bill, start with Vagaro’s published number and the promo end date. If you are pricing a multi-provider massage studio, build both quotes with your real headcount: Vagaro’s extra calendars, Mangomint’s users, and the add-ons you would actually turn on. I run stores, so I live on the second quote. A solo therapist should not copy my stack because I use it.
