Square Appointments starts at $0/mo. Fresha starts at $19.95/mo for one person. Fresha Team is per bookable team member. Fresha’s note states a one-time percentage fee on new marketplace clients, with a minimum. A solo practice that never takes a marketplace booking is not buying the same thing as a practice that wants to be discovered.
Fresha lists memberships, gift cards, consultation forms, payroll on Team, and marketing. Square lists online booking and leaves the rest blank in this sheet.

Use the Square number when you want the calendar inside Square payments and you can live with the blanks until you check them. Use the Fresha number when the marketplace is a channel you might turn on, and put that new-client fee in the same notes as the subscription.
